“The tour was supposed to start at 8.30 AM, but by 8.45 there was still no sign of the guide. When we called to inquire, we were informed that the tour was cancelled! No prior notification, no courtesy message — absolutely nothing. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We wasted our time and planned our day around this. Never recommending this unreliable service to anyone. Avoid this crap.”

He answered all our questions about whisky, Glasgow history and current events generously. Neil’s approach to whiskey is accessible and not pretentious. It was lovely afternoon and we kinda want to be friends with him now ! Glasgow is a great city and Neil’s tour was a great intro to it and to Scotch! Pro tip: don’t wear a football jersey/colours on this tour; they won’t let you into the bars. This is a “must do” in Glasgow!”

“This was an easy walking tour, at 3 1/2 hours, into locally owned eateries and shops with hard-working, friendly authentic owners and fresh food. Absolutely lovely food. Adam is a personable and friendly guide. He did a good job of keeping us on time while allowing us time to enjoy the atmosphere, the company, and the food. The pick up point was easy to find. I just took the little underground subway, which was easy, clean and safe. Once the tour was over I was in a great spot to visit the botanical gardens which was so fun to sit in there enjoy the garden, and watch people and pets.…”
